We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

The shipping price is included in the price of the original. Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. We may request to have the presentation / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact me. There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
Can I cancel my order?
All print sales are final. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If it hasn't been printed yet, I will try to get it cancelled, but I may not be able to.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
